What happens in a one‑to‑one yoga session

In a one-to-one session we move at your pace, with gentle postures, breathwork and relaxation designed specifically for your body and your nervous system. Because the session is entirely focused on you, it’s often easier to concentrate, to stay present, and to follow the guidance without distraction.

You’re also free to ask questions at any point, explore what you’re feeling, and take the time you need to understand each movement or technique.

I adapt every practice to your energy level, mobility and emotional state on the day, so you never have to keep up with a group or push beyond your limits — instead, you’re supported in a way that feels safe, clear and manageable.

Specialised support for people with special needs


I offer a calm, predictable space for people with special needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivity, anxiety, depression and chronic pain. I also support individuals who experience panic attacks, using breathwork to help manage moments of crisis and stay grounded in the present, alongside meditation techniques and gentle talking-based support.

Before we begin, we discuss your needs – such as lighting, touch, sound and pace – and agree clear boundaries so you can feel as safe and in control as possible throughout the session.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy practice that supports your body’s natural ability to relax, restore and rebalance. You remain fully clothed and lie or sit comfortably in a quiet, calming space while I place my hands lightly on or just above your body. Sessions are slow and non-intrusive, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to shift out of stress mode.

Many people experience a deep sense of calm, warmth or subtle sensations during a session, along with a quieting of the mind. Reiki can help ease physical tension, support emotional release, improve sleep, and bring a greater sense of clarity and balance. Each session is guided by your needs on the day, offering a space where you can simply rest, let go, and reconnect with yourself without effort or pressure.

Prices

I offer clear, consistent pricing so you always know what to expect.

  • One-to-one session (60 minutes): £60
  • Couples session (60 minutes): £90

Reiki sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis only and are charged at the same individual rate.

Each session includes more than just the time we spend together. You also receive:

  • Personalised guidance and “homework” tailored to your needs
  • Follow-up support, where appropriate, to help you integrate the practice into your daily life

My aim is to provide ongoing, meaningful support — not just a one-off session.


A Note on Commitment

Progress often comes from consistency. While you are welcome to book a single session, many people benefit from regular practice and ongoing support over time.
