My work is rooted in something simple, yet often overlooked: the need to slow down, to reconnect, and to feel at ease within ourselves.
Like many people, I have experienced periods of uncertainty, pressure, and deep personal challenge. These experiences led me to look inward—to question, to reflect, and to search for a more grounded and meaningful way of living.
Over time, I discovered that real change does not come from forcing or striving, but from creating space: space to breathe, to observe, and to gently return to ourselves.
My Approach
I offer a calm, personalised approach that brings together yoga, meditation, and Reiki.
Rather than following rigid structures or expectations, each session is shaped around you—your pace, your needs, and where you are in your life.
My focus is not on performance or perfection, but on helping you:
- Slow down and release tension
- Calm the mind and reduce overwhelm
- Reconnect with your body and inner awareness
- Create space for clarity, balance, and emotional ease
This is a quiet, supportive process—one that unfolds naturally over time.
A Personal Space for Healing
Sessions take place in a private setting in North London, near Seven Sisters Road, easily accessible from Finsbury Park, Manor House, and surrounding areas.
This is not a busy studio or group environment. It is a space where you can feel safe, unhurried, and free from judgement.
For many people, this privacy makes a significant difference—allowing a deeper level of relaxation and self-awareness to develop.
Who I Work With
I work with people who may be:
- Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally busy
- Navigating life challenges or periods of change
- Looking for a gentler, more personal alternative to group classes
- Seeking a deeper connection with themselves through mindful, holistic practices
You don’t need any previous experience—just a willingness to begin.
My Background
Alongside my holistic practice, I am also developing my path in counselling, which continues to deepen my understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of wellbeing.
My work is informed not only by training, but by lived experience—by learning, over time, how to move through difficulty with greater awareness, patience, and compassion.
A Quiet Philosophy
I believe that wellbeing is not something we need to chase or achieve.
It is something we return to—when we create the right conditions within ourselves.
Through stillness, awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with ourselves, we begin to experience greater balance, clarity, and ease.
